This 194-year-old building at 1 Sandwich Road in Bourne caught fire, raging for more than three hours and displacing 12 residents.
While some tenants of the apartment complex lost everything, Sabel Adjusters was there within 48 hours, we got the insurance company to agree to pay the insured upfront for 12 months loss of rents to help.
